Financial Policy

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
  • Insurance: We are in-network with many PPO plans. As a courtesy, we also file claims on your behalf for out-of-network plans.
  • Insurance Estimates: We make every effort to provide an accurate estimate of your out-of-pocket cost and to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate - your insurance provider determines the final payment, and you are responsible for any remaining balance.
  • Treatment Deposit: To reserve your treatment appointment, a deposit of 50% of your estimated portion is due at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
  • Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than two business days’ notice will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
  • Scheduling Conflicts: If you discover a conflict with your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
